Wednesday Season 2 OTT Release Date: Get ready to return to the creepy corridors and spooky secrets of Nevermore Academy, because Wednesday is back. The much-awaited Season 2 of Wednesday, starring Jenna Ortega as the iconic Wednesday Addams, will premiere in two parts on Netflix - Part 1 drops on August 6, and Part 2 follows on September 3, 2025.
That means the fun will stretch out across late summer, giving fans time to breathe between mysteries (and probably a few monster sightings).
Wednesday Season 2 picks up right where the mystery left off. Wednesday Addams is back with her signature deadpan humour, black outfits, and sharp wit. But this time, things at Nevermore Academy are even more intense. There are new enemies, old rivals, and a fresh supernatural mystery that will once again pull Wednesday into the heart of chaos.
With family troubles, complicated friendships, and the return of those who wronged her, Wednesday¡¯s journey this time will be darker, more dangerous, and yes, still filled with creepy fun. The official teaser is already out and gives fans a chilling glimpse of what's to come. Murder, mayhem, and more Addams-style madness await.
Just like Season 1, the show is led by creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, with Tim Burton also back as director and executive producer. Burton will direct key episodes this season, too. Other directors for this season include Paco Cabezas and Angela Robinson. The show is produced by MGM Television, with a powerhouse team of executive producers supporting the series behind the scenes.
Of course, Jenna Ortega returns as Wednesday Addams, the heart and soul of the series. She's joined again by Emma Myers as her bubbly werewolf roommate, Enid, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzm¨¢n as Morticia and Gomez Addams, Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley and Joy Sunday, Moosa Mostafa, and Victor Dorobantu also return. And Season 2 brings some exciting new cast members, including Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, and Thandiwe Newton, plus guest appearances by Fred Armisen, Christopher Lloyd, and others.
