Thudarum box office collection day 5: Thudarum, starring Mohanlal, has exceeded expectations at the box office and emerged as a sensational blockbuster. The film, which hit the screens on April 25, continued its run on Tuesday (April 29) and remained the top choice of the audience.?
Mohanlal is in the limelight because of his latest film Thudarum. The film collected nearly Rs 31 crore in the first four days and emerged as a winner. It continued to dominate the box office on its fifth day. According to Sacnilk, a trade website,? Thudarum earned Rs 6.5 crore (nett) on Tuesday and remained fairly stable. The figure is just 9% lower than the Rs 7.15 crore it earned on Monday.?

The film¡¯s total collection stands at Rs 38 crore. Thudarum received positive reviews, with critics praising the performances and the execution. This is working in its favour. It has also benefited from the overwhelming response of L2 Empuraan, Lalettan¡¯s last release. Thudarum is expected to stay stable today (April 30) as well because of the healthy word-of-mouth. The film will, however, face some competition from Retro and HIT 3, which are set to open in theatres tomorrow (May 1).?
