Despite Rakhi Sawant¡¯s Burkha Appearance, Court Cancels Her Bail & Issues Fresh Warrants

For the unversed, Rakhi Sawant, yesterday made an appearance in the court wearing a burkha. Why, you ask? She has kept the secret safe with herself. But did that save her from the trouble she was embroiled in? Certainly not, because the court not only cancelled her bail but also issued fresh warrants against her.
In case you are wondering what's the matter, the woman had made controversial remarks against Valmiki. Calling the sage a murderer, Rakhi Sawant said, "Hum Valmiki ki baat karte hain, vo ek time pe logo ke murder karte the. Lekin baad mein Ramayan likhi na?"
And that had landed her in trouble in March after a complaint was issued against her. Failing to appear before the court, an arrest warrant was issued against the actress, after which, the ultimate item girl of Bollywood made a public apology and also headed to Ludhiana Court for the hearing. In the same case, Rakhi appeared before the court on Thursday (July 6) wearing a burkha, to keep away from the gazing eyes of the public. She was granted bail on two bonds of Rs one lakh each. However, just one day after, her bail was cancelled and fresh charges were issued instead.
Reportedly, Rakhi was to also appear before the court on Friday, July 7, when the regular hearing was listed. However, after she didn't appear before the court, the bail granted to her on Thursday was cancelled and fresh charges were issued directing the police to ensure that she should be produced before the court on August 7.
