Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar organised a post-wedding Sangeet ceremony for friends and family members and had a gala time together. From Maahi Ve, Teri Deewani to Desi Girl and Rowdy Baby, the couple danced their hearts out together.
Mouni Roy tied the knot to businessman Suraj Nambiar on January 27 following the Malayali and Bengali traditions and the internet had a meltdown looking at their adorable photos. The couple looked gorgeous together.
A day after their wedding, Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar organised a Sangeet ceremony for their friends and family members. From Maahi Ve, Teri Deewani to Desi Girl and Rowdy Baby, the couple danced their hearts out together. Their friends Rahul Shetty, Pratik Utekar and Manmeet also joined them.
The video and photos are doing the rounds on social media, and evidently, everyone had a gala time. Take a look.
Mouni thanked her friends Pratik and Rahul for making their Sangeet happen. In one of the videos, she said, "Both of them missed work just to make this sangeet happen. At one point I was like this is not going to happen, everyone is out of town, or in different countries. But both of them assured me this will happen. From coordinating with my crazy friends to editing the songs, these two have done it all."
The newlyweds kissed before they cut their wedding cake together.
Mouni was seen in an elegant golden sequenced lehenga while Suraj wore a blue sherwani.
Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar also organised a post-wedding pool party.
As she shared photos from her Malayali wedding, Mouni took to Instagram to wrote, "I found him at last ..?? Hand in hand, blessed by family & friends, We are married!!!!!!!!!!! Need your love and blessings¡27.01.22 Love, Suraj & Mouni."
