'I Am Appalled', Tanushree Dutta Reacts To #MeToo Accused Sajid Khan's Participation In BB16
Actress Tanushree Dutta is against #MeToo accused Sajid Khan's participation in Bigg Boss 16, says she's speechless due to the "sheer irresponsibility."
After Sona Mohapatra, Sherlyn Chopra and many others called out Salman Khan over Sajid Khan's inclusion in Bigg Boss, actress Tanushree Dutta has reacted to #MeToo accused Sajis's entry into the Colors TV reality show hosted by the superstar.
As many as nine women have accused filmmaker Sajid Khan of sexual assault.

Now, according to ETimes, Tanushree, whose shocking revelations in 2018 triggered the #MeToo movement in India, has said that she is appalled by the news of Sajid Khan entering the popular TV reality show. The actress said that casting Sajid on the show is "sheer irresponsibility" and added that she will never lay her eyes on the show.
¡°I am appalled too. I am speechless at the sheer irresponsibility of this action and the impact it would have on the public," Tanushree told the media outlet.

In 2018, Tanushree left everyone in shock after she accused Nana Patekar of sexual harassment. According to the actress, the incident took place in 2009 on the sets of the film Horn Ok Pleasss.
A case was registered against actor Nana Patekar, dancer-choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddiqui and the director of the film Rakesh Sarang based on Tanushree's complaint.

Moreover, another TV actress Kanishka Soni, who is known for featuring in the serials like Diya Aur Baati and Pavitra Rishta, has claimed that filmmaker Sajid Khan invited her home for work and asked her to show him her stomach.
Kanishka took to Instagram to post a video in which she shared her horrific experience with the #MeToo accused filmmaker.

In the video, she narrated that Sajid invited her to his Juhu house in 2008. She was hesitant at first, but after the filmmaker assured her that she doesn't need to be afraid as he lives with his mother, she went to meet him at his house. Sajid then asked her to show her stomach.
Kanishka also penned a lengthy note along with her video post mentioning that she's afraid to return to India as she thinks she could be killed by these powerful personalities.

"I am extremely scared of revealing the name of a person about whom I spoke in my interviews last month that he called me up at his home & asked me to raise my Top & show stomach for giving me role into his movie in 2008 but now since he is into big boss & on demand from many film fraternity friends I am telling the entire story, experience & exactly what happened," the TV actress wrote on Instagram.
Coming to Tanushree Dutta, the actress was last seen in the 2010 film titled 'Apartment' directed by Jag Mundhra.
