At his memorial service, one acquaintance shared a photo of a funeral wreath, accompanied by a heartfelt message: "I still can't believe it＃ I hope you're at peace now, free from pain."

Kim＊s funeral was held on the morning of June 6 at Maru Park Funeral Home in Hanam. He was later laid to rest at Chuncheon Rest Garden and Yanggu Memorial Park.
