Ironheart OTT release date: Ironheart, one of the most eagerly awaited shows of the year, is set to premiere in India on June 25. The superhero saga has created a great deal of buzz as it takes place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Moreover, it features an intriguing storyline that combines magic with technology to bring to life a grand yet emotional story. With that, here is a look at all you need to know about Ironheart.

When and where to watch Ironheart in India

The first three episodes of Ironheart will premiere in India on JioHotstar on June 25. The remaining three will subsequently premiere on July 2. One needs to subscribe to the platform to watch the miniseries. A subscription costs between Rs 499 and Rs 1499 per year.

Is Ironheart connected to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever?

Ironheart is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and serves as a continuation to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever with Dominique Thorne reprising her role from the 2022 film. It is the 14th series from the MCU. Moreover, it marks the end of Phase V.

Ironheart plot

Ironheart centres on the events that take place when Riri Williams, an MIT student, gets involved with Parker Robbins/The Hood. The two soon realise that they are ¡°two sides of the same coin¡±. After this, she goes down a dark path where she finds technology to be at loggerheads with magic.

Ironheart: Meet the cast

Ironheart features Dominique Thorne in the titular role. She is best known for her work in If Beale Street Could Talk (2018) and the critically acclaimed biographical drama Judas and the Black Messiah (2021). According to the makers of Ironheart, Throne¡¯s character will be going down a dark path similar to Walter White from Breaking Bad.

Anthony Ramos, meanwhile, plays Parker Robbins / The Hood. The actor began his career with touring musical productions before impressing fans with his work in She¡¯s Gotta Have It and A Star is Born. Ramos described his character in Ironheart as someone who was ¡®complex and a misfit¡¯.

The miniseries also features Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, and Manny Montana in key roles

Ironheart is the brainchild of Chinaka Hodge. She also serves as an Executive Producer on the show with Kevin Feige, Louis D'Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Zoie Nagelhout, Ryan Coogler ,Sev Ohanian, and Zinzi Coogler.
