The series centres on Elisa Blix, a mother of two whose nine-year-old daughter, Lucia, fails to return from a night at her new friend Josie¡¯s house.
When Elisa arrives to pick her up, she finds the house empty and learns from a cleaner that no one actually lives there.
This chilling discovery sets off a desperate search, unravelling a web of secrets involving possible child trafficking, hidden identities, and legal twists.
