Where are the promotions?
Many fans took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to question whether the news was even real, especially since rumours of BLACKPINK's comeback have been circulating for over a month. Some wondered if the members had even been together under the same roof recently¡ªespecially after all four left YG Entertainment to pursue their solo careers independently.
One user wrote, "Indirectly, you mean with no proper promotions."

One fan said, "It's honestly hilarious how YG is busy promoting a girl group that debuted only two years ago, while he can't even properly promote his current groups. Mind you, BLACKPINK's tour and BABYMONSTER's comeback are both in July¡ªand there's still no sign of promotion."

Another added, "How the freaking hell?! The last possible day for the comeback to drop this month is the 27th (Friday). After tomorrow, there will only be 10 days left until the 27th, and YG usually gives a max of 12¨C17 days of promo for singles. And poor Baemon still haven't even gotten a teaser."

About BLACKPINK
Despite being active for over eight years, BLACKPINK has a surprisingly limited discography¡ªjust 32 songs. While the group has achieved massive global success, the small number of releases has long been a source of frustration for fans, many of whom had hoped for more consistent output.
Ahead of the upcoming world tour, fans were once again hoping for a full album, but expectations dipped after YG Entertainment announced only a single. Still, member Jisoo recently shared her excitement for the group's long-awaited comeback.
In an interview with Elle, she said, "I'm really looking forward to it and I¡¯m thrilled. We've missed the cheers of BLINKs so much, and we¡¯re preparing something amazing so we can hear them even louder this time¡ªso please look forward to it."
