With 6.59-inch and 6.83-inch 1.5K flat OLED panels, respectively, the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G boast 120Hz refresh rates, 240Hz touch sampling rates, global peak brightness levels of up to 1,200 nits, 3,840Hz PWM dimming rates, and Oppo's Crystal Shield Glass protection.
MediaTek Dimensity 8350 and MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoCs, respectively, power the phones. Up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and an Android 15-based ColorOS 15 skin are supported by both phones.
50-megapixel OIS-capable primary cameras, 50-megapixel periscope shooters with 3.5x optical zoom, and 50-megapixel front camera sensors are all included in the Oppo Reno 14 5G series phones.
The Pro version of the Reno 14 5G phone includes a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, while the regular model has an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera.
A 6,000mAh battery powers the Oppo Reno 14 5G, whereas the Pro model has a 6,200mAh cell. 80W wired fast charging is supported by both phones. Additionally, 50W AIRVOOC wireless fast charging is supported by the Pro version.

The cost of the 12GB+512GB and 16GB+512GB models is CNY 3,099, or about Rs. 36,800, and CNY 3,299, or approximately Rs. 39,100, respectively. The most expensive 16GB+1TB Oppo 14 5G model costs CNY 3,799, or about Rs. 45,100. It is available in Reef Black, Pinellia Green, and Mermaid colours.

The Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G, on the other hand, starts at CNY 3,499 (about Rs. 41,500) for the 12GB+256GB model. The most expensive 16GB+1TB variant costs CNY 4,499 (approximately Rs. 53,400), while the 12GB+512GB and 16GB+512GB variants are priced at CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs. 45,100) and 3,999 (about Rs. 47,400), respectively. Reef Black, Mermaid, and Calla Lily Purple are the available colors for the Pro version of the Reno 14 5G series.
