The company's cars are also renowned for their ever-evolving advanced features, but it appears one Tesla owner won't be putting in a five-star review anytime soon after his Model 3 vehicle allegedly got stuck at 133 kph on a freeway last week.

Javier Rodriguez, from California, said he realised something was wrong when it became hot inside the car while driving on the 10 freeway in Cabazon, ABC 7 reported.
Rodriguez said the main screen was frozen when the he was at going at 133 kph. He said all of the buttons and switches - including turn signals and hazard lights - were not working.
"I noticed that it started to get hot in the car and there started to be a weird scent coming. I was nervous that if I were to brake a whole lot that I wouldn't be able to gain the speed again to keep up with traffic and get around cars. I was nervous somebody was going to slam into me,"
Rodriguez told ABC 7.
He was able to make it off the road, and a few minutes later, the car rebooted. That's when everything seemed normal.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) helped Rodriguez, get off the freeway, where he eventually had the car towed.

Tesla later told Rodriguez they had diagnosed the problem as being an issue that caused the ¡°power conversion system to shut off in order to protect on board components during drive,¡± and that issue was fixed, the report said.
However, Rodriguez wants an explanation from the carmaker.
¡°I need more explanation, I'm on the freeway and this happens at 83 miles an hour. Everybody is trying to say, 'Well we fixed it. We fixed it,' but I need an explanation,' he said.
