WWE Worlds Collide 2025 results: El Hijo del Vikingo beat Chad Gable in the main event of WWE Worlds Collide to retain the AAA Mega Championship. The win, however, was not an easy one as the American Made member brought his A-game to the table.

Vikingo proves his mettle, retains AAA Mega Championship

Chad Gable and Vikingo seemingly settled their intense rivalry in the main event of WWE Worlds Collide 2025. The match started with both men applying armbars to each other. The audience was then treated to some old school mat wrestling in its purest form. Vikingo looked impressive, but Chad Gable matched him in almost every department. He even applied the ankle lock on his foe on two occasions. However, he failed to get the job done.

Chad eventually pulled out a table, indicating that he was frustrated at not being able to get the job done. Later, he put Vikingo through the table, but that wasn't enough to end the match. The contest finally came to an end when the AAA star hit Gable with a 630 splash to get the three count.

The show boasted of five intense matches and a heated confrontation between Dominik Mysterio and Octagon Jr. The event also saw Rey Mysterio talk about his love for Lucha Libre in the opening segment.
