The thrilling Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) is at its peak, but amid this, one name that has stolen the limelight is Vaibhav Arora, who had a breakout in the last season, and since then, he has witnessed a meteoric rise.
Not only that, he is one of KKR's go-to bowlers for taking wickets. Amid IPL 2025, the pacer has revealed who the toughest batter to bowl to so far in the series is.
Recently, while speaking with Saurav Yaduvanshi on his On the Road podcast, Arora revealed that Suryakumar Yadav was the toughest batsman to bowl to. He said, ¡°I personally feel Surya Bhai is the toughest to bowl to. He can play any shot against you off any delivery and in any area. It is very tough to plan against him because he plays in all directions."

Vaibhav Arora shared about his IPL journey
The KKR pacer shared insights into the beginning of his IPL journey, revealing that he initially joined the Punjab Kings (PBKS) as a net before being promoted to their main squad in 2022.
Following this, he has been a part of KKR for three straight seasons now and was also a part of the IPL 2024-winning KKR side.
Upon being asked about his favourite captain, Vaibhav mentioned that he has enjoyed playing under both Shreyas Iyer and Ajinkya Rahane, considering them both to be excellent leaders.
